On the same street at the back, if you have a vehicle, we give you a control for the covered parking, if you have visitors, there is an outdoor parking lot that they can use.

We are in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.

The Cortecito-Los Corales area is one of the most desired and sought-after, in addition to being a completely safe area, it has a wide variety of international food restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks which you can walk to.

From the apartment you will not need to use any type of transportation for any basic needs, since the beach, squares, supermarket, etc., are within a radius of 150 to 300 meters away. Likewise, if you need to go to other places, you can do so with the public transport mini bus, which passes on Avenida Alemanya, less than 50 meters from the building. For your transportation to and from the airport, we offer a transfer service for an additional cost, cheaper than a taxi (Uber is not allowed to enter the airport).
