The social area features a large swimming pool, restrooms and showers, and a BBQ area with tables and chairs available upon request.

The neighborhood is easily walkable and boasts a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. There are also several banks and small supermarkets within a 250-meter radius. The beach is just 220 meters away, at the end of the same street. If you have a vehicle, we provide a parking pass for the covered parking area. For visitors, there is an outdoor parking lot available.

We are in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.

- ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on each guest's usage during their stay. The approximate cost of energy is US$0.35 per kW. Payments can be made in cash, local bank transfer, or via Airbnb (please note that we must add a US$7.00 bank transaction fee to the initial amount when paying via Airbnb).

- We charge a security deposit depending on your stay:

- US$100 for stays of 2 to 5 days

- US$150 for stays of 6 to 13 days

- US$200 for stays of more than 2 weeks

- US$300 for stays up to 3 weeks

- US$400 for stays of more than 3 weeks

This deposit must be paid upon arrival in cash or via Airbnb. The deposit will be refunded upon departure after verification of damage.

- Before your arrival, we recommend stopping by a supermarket. Drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishes, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap are available at the property. Guests are responsible for restocking their supplies.
